1. Start New Game
Opens a map list to start a single player or localmultiplayer game. By switching the gamemode with the Game Mode Selector, youcan start the game in different gamemodes.
2. Find Multiplayer Game
Opens the Garry's Mod Server Browser.
3. Addons
Opens the Addons menu, which allows you download, enable,disable and delete Steam Workshop addons from your computer.

4. Demos
Opens the Demos menu, which lets you see all of your saveddemos, as well as demos uploaded to steam.
5. Saves
Opens the Saves menu, which lets you see all of your savedsaves, as well as saves uploaded to steam.

8. Installed Games List

Alternatively you might want to use the remover tool.
Aside from regular props you can spawn other stuff. A listof items:
Weapons - This is quite obvious
Entities - These are scripted entities or if you want: propsthat perform a task. By default Garry's Mod comes with a bouncy ball and abunch of HL2 entities
NPCs - Computer controlled allies, enemies and neutrals.Including but not limited to Citizens, Birds, Combine Soldiers and Striders
The spawn menu has 2 other tabs, Post Process and Creations.
Post Process consists of a list of effects, such as Depth ofField (blur), that can be used to either enhance gameplay or make screenshotsbetter. Note that these require extra calculations to be done and might slowdown your game.
Creations contains a list of Workshop items which peoplehave created. There are 2 categories, Saves and Dupes
Saves are, as you may have guessed, map saves. These recordall locations of all entities and load them when you click on 'Load'.
